Veterans Day is a time of remembrance, reflection, and commemoration of the many sacrifices our country’s military personnel have endured to ensure our liberty and our freedom. In this spirit, we invite all service members to be honored at Willow Creek Elementary School on November 11, 2022. Families are welcome to attend one or both assemblies!
The following is an itinerary for Thursday, November 11:
10:00 - 10:45 am - 3rd-5th Grade Assembly Honoring our Veterans (Willow Creek Elementary School Gym)
10:45 am - 12:15 pm - Reception in the Library
10:30 am -12:40 pm – Classroom Visits & Lunch
12:15-1:00 pm – K-2nd Grade Assembly Honoring our Veterans
Throughout the day, we will make a reception area available in our school's library for our service members to relax, converse with other service members, and enjoy light refreshments.
